My name is Fabián Patricio Tacuri, founder of Tacuri Home Upgrades. I was born in the countryside of Ecuador, the son of hardworking farmers who taught me the value of discipline, humility, and perseverance.Since childhood, I grew up surrounded by crops, learning to take care of the land and appreciate what we have. I studied agronomy at a technical high school and soon opened my first small business: a veterinary and rural supply store. It was there that I discovered something that would shape my entire life a deep passion for serving others. I didn’t see people as transactions, but as individuals who deserve respect, honesty, and a helping hand. That principle remains at the core of my business today.

Over time, I began buying small plots of land, building homes, and selling them. This was my first step into the world of real estate. But something inside me always said I could do more. So, in 2014, I made the boldest decision of my life: I immigrated to the United States, searching for new opportunities. Starting over wasn’t easy. I worked as an assistant in construction and painting  every day was a challenge, but also a chance to grow. My passion for the craft deepened every time a boss trusted me or a client thanked me with a genuine smile. I faced many battles  being far from my family, learning a new language, adapting to a new system  but I never gave up. With determination, I educated myself in English, digital marketing, international trade, and completed a specialized workshop in estimates and floor plans, which allowed me to offer more professional, precise, and modern services. Today, I am proud to say that I am the founder of Tacuri Home Upgrades. This is more than a remodeling company  it’s the result of years of sacrifice, hard work, and a heart committed to every client. Our mission isn’t just to renovate homes; we create safe, beautiful, and happy spaces where families thrive.

And now, alongside my son  founder of Tacurix we’ve entered a new chapter. Together, we are developing our digital presence, building our website, offering professional estimates, and integrating 3D renders to deliver a modern, clear, and trustworthy experience.
